Our Functional Classrooms
Classroom designs and teaching pedagogy employed are such that they foster a sense of security, belongingness, authority and competency amongst learners. It provides scope for exercising freedom to students to express their views and initiate discussions. Student’s psychological requirements thus are met and an effective learning environment created for them.
Formal greeting at the beginning of the class, respecting each others view points and fostering mutual respect devoid of gender, culture or caste discriminations, involving them in decision making without passing judgment makes the learning space truly functional. A variety of celebrations of personal or group achievements brings in the necessary colour and novelty to classroom transactions.
